  • Preventative Health Care
We feel strongly that every pet should be examined at least once a year. The time and effort invested in your pet's health has rewards for both pets and owners. Our recommendations are designed specifically for your pet and include: An annual physical exam including a dental exam, internal parasite testing; heartworm and flea control; microchipping; spay or neuter; and specialized blood tests for all life stages.
  • Patient Record Reminder System
Our computerized patient record-keeping system allows us to track your pet's health needs: vaccinations, heartworm exams, fecal exams, dental exams, and medications.
  • Retail Center
We carry Hill's and Royal Canin's prescription diets and treats. We also carry preventative dental products; Thunder Ease and Feliway pheromone products.
  • Microchipping
Placing a microchip into your pet gives it a form of permanent identification that cannot be altered. All animal shelters and most veterinary clinics have equipment that will scan for a chip and give you a much better chance of being reunited with your pet should he/she become lost. The procedure is not very different than giving a routine vaccine. We find that micro chipping at the time of spay or neuter is the easiest and most convenient, but it can be done at any time.
  • Pharmacy
Prescriptions are filled during your office visit from our clinic pharmacy. If you want to know the best and safest products for keeping your pets flea and tick free, we have sound advice from trained staff. We also have our clinic online store available.
  • Vaccinations
Our practice follows the guidelines of the American Animal Hospital Association, and considers each patient individually. For many diseases, we are now recommending revaccination every three years, one each year with your pet's annual visit. We will be happy to discuss these new ideas and recommendations with you at your annual visit.
